This unit offers a complete control solution for manipulator system with full functions, it is designed and built on one single platform, including electrical control system, programmable logic control module, mechanical manipulator four-freedom motion structure, pneumatic actuator, etc.
All terminals are led out on colorized printed panel top, as well as the programmable logic controller. The pneumatic is powered by a minitype compressor with high convenience and the connection is achieved by quick coupling.
The linear motion on vertical and horizontal directions is driven by stepping motors with high precision ball screws of 4mm lead, the circular motion is achieved by DC gear motor and the grasp mechanism adopts pneumatic grip with DC motor for rotation.
